YOU MUST READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT BEFORE ATTENDING. I agree that while in attendance at the David’s Lock-In, hosted by 7 Days of Praise, I will abide by the following expected guidelines.
1. After arrival and sign in, students must stay in the designated areas and be accountable for their whereabouts at all times. Students cannot exit the building or the property at any time unless in case of emergency or when directed to do so by the Youth Leaders and/or chaperones for outside activities.
2. The presence of alcohol and illicit drugs on the premises and their use are not permitted. Any individual or individuals who do not abide by this code will be asked to leave the event. If anyone becomes aware that another person has in their possession or is using alcohol or illicit drugs, it is their obligation to inform the responsible adult leader or hosts of the event.
3. All clothing is expected to be modest and non-offensive to those in the Christian community.
4. No unmarried minors of the opposite sex are to be alone or out of the constant supervision of a chaperone/leader.
5. The use any foul language or inappropriate, crude gestures or humor will not be tolerated. ZERO EXCEPTIONS!
6. Each person is responsible for all their own property and will not hold anyone else responsible for loss or damage (cell phones, jewelry, clothing, personal items, etc).
7. Unnecessary roughhousing and inappropriate touching will not be tolerated and everyone should respect other’s "personal space."
8. Each person should be thoughtful of those around them and abstain from language, gestures and actions that would might be disruptive and/or offensive to others.
9. Each person is expected to be respectful to adult leaders and chaperones and cooperate with Lock-In agenda, i.e. prayer times, clean-up assistance, etc. All participants are to behave in a Christ-like manner at all times during the Lock-In
10. Parents/guardians agree that should it become necessary, they will be available to pick up their child at any time during the Lock-In.
Please note that by attending and participating in David’s Youth Lock-In, you and all members of your party agree to the above guidelines. You are also giving consent for your picture to be in official photographs of the event.
